Personae, aggrieved in road accidents, are eligible not for indemnification for losses incurred during treatment and rehabilitation, but also for indemnifications for intangible damages.

In many cases road accidents transform lives of aggrieved people enormously. MTPL Law anticipates indemnification of victims for tangible damages from insurer of a culpable party or from the Guarantee fund. Since the 1st of May 2005 there are being paid off also intangible indemnifications in a way of single payments in a case of disability of victims, maiming or in a case of death of a relative. PDF
